About Me
After 25 years leading product teams, I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about vision, influence, and how you show up.
I’ve led enterprise SaaS products, envisioned and pioneered new market categories, and even founded my own company. Along the way, I discovered that while tools and processes matter, what truly transforms a product manager into a leader is inner growth—and a clear sense of direction for the career you’re building. Today, I bring that perspective to Coaching PM Leaders, creating a space where product managers can not only grow into the leaders their teams need but also chart the career paths that align with their strengths and aspirations.
Why this matters
Being a PM can feel like swimming against the tide—swept under as shifting agendas, internal resistance, and competing demands pull your best-laid strategy off course.
I’ve seen talented PMs get stuck—not because they lacked ability, but because the environment drained their energy, fueled imposter doubts, blurred their motivation, or left them uncertain about the right career move.
I created Coaching PM Leaders to change that: to give product managers the space and support to step back, regain perspective, and strengthen the qualities that allow them to rise above complexity, plan their next steps with confidence, and create meaningful impact.
