ABOUT ME
After 25 years as a Product Management leader in the B2B enterprise space working for large and small companies, and a founder of my own consumer app startup, chances are I have lived through and successfully overcome many of the product management challenges you are currently facing. I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to share my experience with you and the vastly growing community of product managers who are driven to create life-changing products while enjoying a rich and rewarding career and balancing a healthy family or social life.
As a trained Co-active Coach, I help product managers step into their power as product and people leaders. With my coaching, product managers undergo transformation to become better customer advocates, executive partners with senior leadership, organizational influencers, team leaders and product visionaries. I support individuals in their personal and career growth by helping them move beyond limiting beliefs to tap into their power as creative, resourceful and dynamic leaders.

Can't see the forest for the trees. One of the traps that I see product managers fall into is they get so wrapped up in their day to day, heads down activity that they lose sight of what's happening in the market. To be an effective PM you have to continually keep your finger on the pulse of your customers, understand their drivers and pay attention to changes in the environment that may impact their needs. You also need to understand what keeps your CEO and other stakeholders up at night. To be a great leader, your perspective may need to shift.
